Join us at the Rainbow Rink Reunion, February 14, organized by our friend Rich Nugent...

Rich Nugent was one of our first rink rats when Maurie and Barb Cooper took over the rink from Maurie's grandparents. Rich was 14 years old then, and was at the rink every Friday and Saturday night. He has worked here on and off at the rink since he was 16 years old.

Rich is going to have a reunion skate on February 14th, and is calling out to all rink rats!

The party music will be 80's skating music. The party will be Sunday, February 14, 2010, the cost is $4.00 per person and will include roller skates; roller blades $1.00 extra. Half of the proceeds will be donated to Rainbow Figure and Dance Club skaters for competition expenses. The bar will be open and food specials will be available. He started a Facebook page about this party, and plans to have all kinds of old pictures from back in the day.
